Begin through the account or the listing where you made the purchase. Since we take no payment and hold no stock on this site, we cannot process a package sent back to us.

Every seller manages their own customer service desk. Following the instructions inside your purchase history is the direct path to starting a return.

Why the terms are not ours to set

Each retail partner decides their own policy on cologne spray. An opened bottle is often treated differently from a sealed one, and those boundaries belong entirely to the merchant.

We cannot alter or state another seller's rules. Check the specific listing you bought from to see whether an opened fragrance qualifies for a return.
